Faulty Item


All items are carefully checked before they are dispatched. If you find an item is faulty then please notify Hearts and Hugs within 7 days of receipt of your item. You may notify us by email at: kimmy@heartsandhugs.co.uk

Please do not post the item back to Hearts and Hugs until we have replied to your notification of return. All items need to be received by Hearts and Hugs within 30 days.

A replacement will be offered where possible or a full refund given.

All refunds will be issued to the same PayPal or Shopify account that was used to purchase the item.
